By creating an account, accessing, or using LinguaLive's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LinguaLive. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

LinguaLive provides real-time translation services that enable users to receive audio and text translations during live sessions. Our service includes:

• Real-time speech transcription and translation
• Voice synthesis of translated content
• Text-based subtitle display
• Multi-language support for listeners
• Session sharing via unique codes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.

LinguaLive's translation services are powered by artificial intelligence technology, specifically the DeepSeek API. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Translations are generated by AI and may not always be 100% accurate or contextually perfect
• AI-generated content should be reviewed for critical applications before reliance
• We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated translations
• We continuously work to improve our AI models, but cannot guarantee specific accuracy levels

Account Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that harms LinguaLive, other users, or third parties.

Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree to use LinguaLive only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with the proper operation of our services
• Use automated tools to access our services without permission
• Resell or commercially exploit our services without authorization

Our Intellectual Property: LinguaLive and its original content, features, functionality, and technology are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You retain no ownership rights to our service.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create and share through LinguaLive. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve our services.

Feedback: If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our services, we may use them without obligation to you.

Credits System: LinguaLive uses a credits-based payment system. Credits are purchased in advance and can be used to access premium features. All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect immediately for new credit purchases. Existing credit balances will not be affected.

Credits Expiration: Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Please use your credits before they expire.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. We reserve the right to suspend your account after multiple failed payment attempts.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LINGUALIVE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinguaLive and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LinguaLive operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which LinguaLive operates, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
